Here’s everything you need to know before the broadcast

Overview

Workhuman Spotlight is a free, first-of-its-kind talk show series for leaders and HR professionals. No filters. No script. No nonsense. Just straight-up straight talk on the HR topics most important to you.
This candid conversation from leading economic and HR experts will cover how work culture has changed following the Great Resignation, high inflation, budget cuts, back-to-office transitions, and more. Hear from Adam Davidson, award-winning economist, Jason Averbook, co-founder and CEO of Leapgen, and more. Leave with actionable insights on how to keep your employees engaged through it all.
We encourage you to be part of the conversation online using the hashtag #WHSpotlight on your preferred social media channel. You will not have the opportunity to live chat or ask questions on the event platform during the broadcast.
The broadcast will be held in English and closed captioning will be available through the event replay.

Joining the Broadcast

Just click the unique Zoom link found in your confirmation email or calendar placeholder at the time of broadcast to join #WHSpotlight.
Yes! We encourage you to share Workhuman Spotlight with your colleagues. If you would like someone to view the broadcast, we invite them to register for the event to gain access. Please do not share your unique link as it will not work for anyone else.
Zoom is the digital event platform. It will be web-based, so all you will need is a device (e.g., Computer) and an internet connection. Using mobile devices or tablet? Download the Zoom app: Android | iOS
Nope, as long as the device meets the minimum requirements to run either the Zoom desktop or mobile application.

Technical Support

Yikes! For optimal viewing, we recommend the following:
1. Close any background applications.
2. Ensure Zoom desktop client or mobile app are installed and up to date.
3. Use a supported browser – Zoom functions best on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Chromium Edge.
4. Use a wired internet connection.
5. Use Wi-Fi when on a mobile/tablet device.
6. Disconnect from any VPNs.
Ensure your speaker is turned on. If you see the speaker icon in the top-left corner is turned off, tap it to turn on your speaker.
1. Increase the volume on your mobile device using the volume buttons or notification panel. Even if the speaker is turned on in Zoom, your device’s volume might be set to mute or vibrate only.
2. Try using earphones.
3. Restart your mobile device.
4. Reinstall Zoom from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
